Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly, then pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Spread chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet and drizzle with sunflower oil.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over chickpeas and roast for about 20 minutes.
  5. While chickpeas are roasting, mix honey and mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. After roasting, coat chickpeas with the honey-mustard mixture evenly.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  8. Check for desired crunchiness; bake a few more minutes if needed.
  9. Allow to cool before transferring to an airtight container for storage or serve.
