  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth or wine/water
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch optional
  • to taste Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Cook the ground beef in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add broccoli florets and sauce ingredients; cook for 3-5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  5. Mix cornstarch with cold water, add to skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes if a thicker sauce is desired.
  6. Stir in sesame oil and ginger; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over rice or quinoa.
