  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders can substitute with thighs or turkey

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth marinade.
  2. Coat chicken tenders thoroughly in the yogurt marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your cooking surface: grill pan over medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. If grilling, cook chicken tenders for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked; for baking, arrange on a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let cooked chicken tenders rest for a few minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with fresh parsley or dill.
