Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by dicing the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix with vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat with cornstarch and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry chicken in a single layer for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté sliced bell peppers on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for 30 seconds. Return chicken, then add green beans, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper. Stir and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve over jasmine rice, garnished with cilantro or sesame seeds if desired.
