Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Allow the pizza dough to rest in a lightly greased bowl for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and coat the muffin pan with olive oil.
  3. Cut the rested dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls.
  4. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add garlic and rosemary until fragrant.
  5. Spoon the garlic-rosemary oil evenly over each dough ball and create dimples.
  6. Bake muffins for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
