Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Mix gently.
  3. Turn the mixture into your greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf form, about 2 to 3 inches high.
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for a golden brown top and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté. Stir in additional Parmesan and chopped parsley until the glaze thickens.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf after the initial baking, then bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until bubbly and golden.
