Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
  1. Preheat your broiler to 500°F (260°C), positioning the oven rack 5-6 inches from the heat.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut along the top of the lobster shells to access the meat.
  3. Pat the lobster meat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange the lobster tails on it.
  7. Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and golden-brown.
  8. Halfway through broiling, brush the remaining garlic butter over the lobster meat.
  9. Serve immediately on a platter with lemon wedges.
