Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of diced strawberries, 1 cup of blueberries, and 1 cup of diced mango.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, or use silicone mini muffin molds.
  4. Place the baking sheet or molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for approximately 2 hours or until completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites into an airtight container. Let sit out for 2 minutes before serving if too hard.
