- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of diced strawberries, 1 cup of blueberries, and 1 cup of diced mango.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, or use silicone mini muffin molds.
- Place the baking sheet or molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for approximately 2 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites into an airtight container. Let sit out for 2 minutes before serving if too hard.
