Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a layer of fig preserves evenly over the flatbread.
  3. Layer mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the fig preserves.
  4. Add caramelized onions on top of the mozzarella and sprinkle with reserved blue cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 7–8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle blue cheese on top after baking and serve warm with additional toppings as desired.
