  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Leftover or rotisserie chicken is best
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, fresh preferred
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella Swap with provolone if desired
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar Mixing different cheeses is encouraged
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Hidden Valley Original recommended

  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning Optional sprinkle for extra flavor

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. Thaw frozen broccoli florets gently or blanch fresh broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, crispy bacon, prepared broccoli, minced garlic, ranch dressing, shredded mozzarella, and shredded cheddar. Stir well.
  4. If desired, add ranch seasoning to the mixture.
  5. Transfer the combined mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Top the casserole with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
