Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  2. Spread uncooked rice evenly at the bottom of the casserole dish.
  3. Layer seasoned chicken on top of the rice.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, and lemon juice.
  5. Spoon the tzatziki sauce over the chicken and rice.
  6. Pour chicken broth over the casserole and cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake covered in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes, checking for doneness.
  8. Let rest, fluff rice with a fork, and serve, garnished with dill or lemon wedges.
