- Combine self-rising flour and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl. Add granulated sugar, Greek yogurt, sourdough discard, chocolate chips, egg, and milk. Stir until a cohesive dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, divide it into equal portions, and shape each into a bagel by rolling into a ball and creating a hole in the center.
- Boil water in a large pot and drop bagels in batches, boiling for 1 minute on each side.
- Place boiled bagels on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
