- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and stir vigorously until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture onto it, spreading evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Scatter mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer and press down gently.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds evenly over the berries.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and allow to sit for a couple of minutes before cutting into squares.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
