  • 2 tablespoons Honey maple syrup as vegan alternative
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds or any nuts you prefer

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and stir vigorously until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture onto it, spreading evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Scatter mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer and press down gently.
  4. Sprinkle sliced almonds evenly over the berries.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and allow to sit for a couple of minutes before cutting into squares.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
