  • 1 medium sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup berries such as strawberries or blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola for added crunch
  • 1 tablespoon additional peanut butter optional drizzle

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or mason jar, add chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix these dry ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Pour in milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until well-blended.
  3. Warm peanut butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds, then stir it into the mixture.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes at room temperature to thicken.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, stir the pudding. Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.
  7. Top with sliced bananas, berries, granola, or extra peanut butter.
