  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or cubed
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
For the Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt Plain
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

For the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until all ingredients are well coated.
  4. Add lime juice and toss gently again for an extra burst of flavor.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
