Ingredients
  

Tiramisu Base
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers a must-have for structure
  • 1 cup Orange Juice fresh-squeezed is best
  • 1/2 cup Orange Liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec) reduce for a non-alcoholic version
Cream Layer
  • 16 oz Mascarpone allow to come to room temperature
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream well chilled before whipping
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar sifted beforehand
Strawberry Layer
  • 1 cup Strawberry Preserve enhances the strawberry flavor
  • 2 cups Strawberries fresh, hulled, and sliced

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend the room-temperature mascarpone with sifted powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until fluffy peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine fresh orange juice with half of the orange liqueur and stir gently.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mixture for about 1-2 seconds, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the prepared mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Spread half of the strawberry preserves on top, followed by half of the sliced fresh strawberries.
  8. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  9. Spread the rest of the strawberry preserves on top and finish with the last of the strawberries.
  10. Drizzle the remaining orange liqueur over the entire dessert.
  11. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  12. Uncover and sprinkle with additional powdered sugar or garnish with fresh strawberry slices before serving.
