  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Can substitute with parsley or basil.
Skewers
  • 2 medium Red Bell Pepper Green or yellow bell peppers can be used.
  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breast Halves Boneless thighs or shrimp can be used as alternatives.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and cilantro until well combined.
  2. Take your boneless chicken breast halves and coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. After marinating, cut chicken into 1-2 inch cubes. Pre-soak bamboo skewers in water.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place chicken skewers on the grill, cooking for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
