Preparation Steps
- Line a mini muffin tin with 24 mini muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into each lined muffin cup, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Sprinkle finely chopped mixed berries on top of each yogurt-filled liner, pressing gently to adhere.
- Add a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt bites are solid.
- Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and pop out each frozen yogurt bite.
