Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt Provides creaminess
  • ¼ cup honey Or maple syrup for natural sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed berries Fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup granola Can substitute with nuts or omit

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line a mini muffin tin with 24 mini muffin liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into each lined muffin cup, filling them about two-thirds full.
  4. Sprinkle finely chopped mixed berries on top of each yogurt-filled liner, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Add a sprinkle of granola on top.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt bites are solid.
  7. Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and pop out each frozen yogurt bite.
