  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to taste
For the Cornbread Topping
  • 1 package Corn Muffin Mix can use gluten-free mix
  • 2 Eggs can use flax eggs for vegan option
  • 1 cup Milk can use plant-based milk
  • 1 cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese can use dairy-free cheese

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients.
