  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder or fresh garlic
For the Avocado Mixture
  • 2 pieces Ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or lime juice
For the Slider Assembly
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced thinly
  • 0.5 piece Red onion sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 4 pieces Slider buns whole grain or gluten-free

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Mash ripe avocados with lemon juice in a medium bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Prepare vegetables by slicing tomatoes and red onion, and shredding lettuce.
  5. Lightly toast slider buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Assemble sliders by spreading avocado mix on the bottom bun, layering with chicken, tomato, onion, and lettuce. Top with another bun.
  7. Serve immediately on a platter and enjoy the sliders warm.
