Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat for about 6–8 minutes until cooked through but not crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, half-and-half cream, and pepper until blended.
  3. Grease two ramekins lightly and wrap two bacon strips around the edges of each ramekin to form a circular wall.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese and chopped green onions into each ramekin.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into each ramekin, filling just below the rim, and crack an additional egg on top. Add the remaining cheese and green onions.
  6. Place the ramekins in the preheated air fryer and cook for 15–20 minutes until eggs are set and bacon is crispy.
  7. Remove the ramekins from the air fryer and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
