- Cook the bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat for about 6–8 minutes until cooked through but not crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, half-and-half cream, and pepper until blended.
- Grease two ramekins lightly and wrap two bacon strips around the edges of each ramekin to form a circular wall.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese and chopped green onions into each ramekin.
- Pour the egg mixture into each ramekin, filling just below the rim, and crack an additional egg on top. Add the remaining cheese and green onions.
- Place the ramekins in the preheated air fryer and cook for 15–20 minutes until eggs are set and bacon is crispy.
- Remove the ramekins from the air fryer and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
