Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Gradually add hot brewed coffee into the batter, mixing at low speed until incorporated.
  6. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Once cool, frost between the layers and on top and sides of the cake.
