- Once your coffee is chilled, gather your blender. Add the chilled coffee, 1 cup of milk, a generous drizzle of caramel sauce, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pause the blender and check the consistency. If it seems too runny, add more ice and blend briefly.
