  • 1 cup whole milk powder do not use fresh milk

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add 1 cup of white granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter. Pour in ½ cup of hot water and blend until the sugar is dissolved, about 30 seconds.
  2. Gradually add 1 cup of whole milk powder to the syrup while blending until fully integrated, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Check the consistency; it should be thick and pourable. If too thin, pulse longer.
  4. Transfer to an airtight jar and cool slightly before sealing. Store in the fridge for up to six months.
