Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Fold in the grated carrots, drained zucchini, diced bell peppers, and chopped green onions until the mixture is combined.
  4. Scoop out about 1½ tablespoons of the mixture and shape into small balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and firm in the center.
  6. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
