  5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece and mist with cooking oil spray.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
