  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil can substitute with canola oil
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning fresh herbs are a good substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust according to preferences
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan freshly grated recommended
For Cooking
  • 1 spray Cooking Spray olive oil or canola spray works

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the refrigerated tortellini and allow them to soak for 3 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  2. Return the drained tortellini to a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently until well coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned tortellini into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  5. Set your air fryer timer for 8-10 minutes. Halfway through, gently toss the tortellini for even crispiness.
  6. Once golden and fragrant, remove from the air fryer. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
