- Return the drained tortellini to a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Carefully place the seasoned tortellini into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
- Set your air fryer timer for 8-10 minutes. Halfway through, gently toss the tortellini for even crispiness.
