Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Mix in taco seasoning and cook until meat is fully browned, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 3-5 minutes. Brush tortillas with oil on both sides.
  3. Place brushed tortillas in air fryer, air fry for 2 minutes, flipping halfway. Weigh down with a heat-safe object if necessary.
  4. Spread refried beans on one crispy tortilla, top with seasoned taco meat and drizzle with salsa. Add another tortilla on top.
  5. Spread enchilada sauce, then sprinkle cheese, black olives, and diced Roma tomatoes on top of the second tortilla.
  6. Cook the assembled pizza in air fryer at 370°F (188°C) for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a minute, then garnish with shredded lettuce, green onions, and sour cream. Serve warm.
