  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives Sliced, optional
For the Vinaigrette
  • 2-3 lemons Fresh Lemon Juice To taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under cold water and slice into thin rounds or half-moons.
  2. Finely slice the red onion and set aside.

  4. In a larger bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, feta, dill, parsley, and optional ingredients.
