Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add onions and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce and spices, bring to a simmer and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add the chicken pieces, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with naan and basmati rice.
