  • 2 cups Beef Stock Substitute with vegetable broth if desired
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Sour Cream Can use cashew cream or homemade with dairy-free milk and cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be a substitute
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Ensure it's dairy-free
  • 1 tbsp Beef Base/Bouillon Cubes Check labels for hidden dairy
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped) Omit if not available
  • 1 tsp Salt Essential for seasoning
  • 1 tsp Pepper Essential for seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the noodles by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add ground beef, breaking apart, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion to the skillet, sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent and tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef and onion, stir to coat. Slowly add beef stock, dairy-free sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add drained noodles to the skillet, stir until coated with sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
