Cooking Steps
- Cook the noodles by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add ground beef, breaking apart, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add chopped onion to the skillet, sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent and tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef and onion, stir to coat. Slowly add beef stock, dairy-free sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Add drained noodles to the skillet, stir until coated with sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
