Ingredients

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 pound Steak (sirloin or ribeye) High-quality cuts for best flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh, minced finely.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Unsalted preferred for better control of salt.
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half can be substituted.
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce Store-bought alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
For Cooking Pasta
  • 8 ounces Twisted Pasta Any pasta shape can be used.
For Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Pot

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add butter and allow it to melt completely. Add steak bites in a single layer, searing for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove steak bites and keep warm.
  2. In the same skillet, add more butter if necessary, followed by minced garlic. Sauté on medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, sprinkle Cajun seasoning, and simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. While the sauce simmers, cook twisted pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water; then add pasta to the skillet with sauce.
  4. Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce and pasta. Toss gently for about a minute to coat evenly with sauce and heat through.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Toss to melt the cheese into the sauce.
