Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add butter and allow it to melt completely. Add steak bites in a single layer, searing for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove steak bites and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add more butter if necessary, followed by minced garlic. Sauté on medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, sprinkle Cajun seasoning, and simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- While the sauce simmers, cook twisted pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water; then add pasta to the skillet with sauce.
- Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce and pasta. Toss gently for about a minute to coat evenly with sauce and heat through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Toss to melt the cheese into the sauce.

Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes into the sauce.
