Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add Rotel tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken broth, and seasonings to the cooker.
  3. Stir in cooked and crumbled bacon, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Add cream cheese with 1 hour left to cook, mixing well.
  6. Shred the chicken once cooked and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
