Cooking Steps
- Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook for about 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown before transferring it to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In the same skillet, add diced boneless, skinless chicken. Cook for around 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Add cream cheese and chicken broth to the skillet and stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes until the mixture is creamy.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes for al dente.
- Reduce heat to low and combine the drained pasta with the creamy sauce, stir in the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon.
- Stir in spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted, then serve hot garnished with Parmesan cheese.
