  • 1 cup leite NINHO (Ninho milk) or substitute with whole milk
  • 1 lb. frango (chicken) skinless breast preferred
  • 2 tbsp azeite (olive oil) for sautéing
  • 1 medium cebola (onion) chopped
  • 2 cloves alho (garlic) minced
  • 1/4 cup salsa (parsley) for garnish
  • 1 tsp MAGGI MEU SEGREDO or substitute with other bouillon

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend half of the corn with Ninho milk until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, then sauté onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  3. Add diced chicken and MAGGI MEU SEGREDO, cooking for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Mix in the blended corn and remaining whole corn, then simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  5. Serve garnished with fresh parsley, alongside crusty bread or salad.
