Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a powerful blender, combine 1 cup of frozen pineapple, 1 cup of frozen mango, 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of coconut cream, 2 ounces of rum (or tequila), and 1 ounce of Licor 43. Add a handful of ice for extra thickness. Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Once blended, stop the blender and scrape down the sides. Check the texture; it should be thick and creamy. If too runny, add more frozen fruit and blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into glasses, leaving space for garnishes.
  4. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and leaves for visual flair.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy the frosty, creamy goodness.
