Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese powder and spicy sauce packets from the Buldak Carbonara. Stir until fully integrated, then add mayonnaise and the egg yolk. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the instant ramen noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender but firm.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, reserve a cup of the hot cooking water and drain the noodles in a colander.
  4. Gradually add the reserved hot water to the creamy paste while stirring continuously. Mix until well blended and glossy, then toss the drained noodles into the creamy mixture.
