  • 1/4 cup Lavender Syrup You can buy it or make your own.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Nectar Use agave syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 to 1.5 cups Cold Water Adjust based on preference.

Method
 

Coconut Lavender Lemonade Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of lavender syrup. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar to the blender. Blend again for an additional 10–15 seconds to thoroughly mix in the sweetener.
  3. Pour in 1 to 1.5 cups of cold water gradually, blending in between until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Using a fine strainer or cheesecloth, pour the mixture into a large pitcher.
  5. Fill your favorite glasses with ice cubes, then pour the Coconut Lavender Lemonade over the ice.
  6. Add lemon slices and a sprig of lavender to each glass for garnish.
