Coconut Lavender Lemonade Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of lavender syrup. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add 2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar to the blender. Blend again for an additional 10–15 seconds to thoroughly mix in the sweetener.
- Pour in 1 to 1.5 cups of cold water gradually, blending in between until you reach your desired consistency.
- Using a fine strainer or cheesecloth, pour the mixture into a large pitcher.
- Fill your favorite glasses with ice cubes, then pour the Coconut Lavender Lemonade over the ice.
- Add lemon slices and a sprig of lavender to each glass for garnish.

Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for best flavor. Strain thoroughly for a smooth texture.
