- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Butter one side of each bread slice with about 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Toast the buttered slices in the skillet for approximately 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the unbuttered sides of the first two toasted slices.
- Layer two lettuce leaves, two slices of tomato, four crispy bacon slices, and a slice of cheddar cheese on one mayonnaise-spread slice.
- Add the second mayonnaise-spread slice on top and layer with four slices of turkey, more lettuce, and the remaining tomato slice.
- Top with the third toasted slice of bread, press gently to compact the layers.
- Secure with toothpicks, slice diagonally into quarters, and serve.
