- Thaw your two sheets of puff pastry for about 45 minutes until they're soft yet still cold.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it over the thawed pastry sheets. Combine ¼ cup of granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon and sprinkle this mixture over one sheet.
- Layer the second pastry sheet on top, brush the edges with water for sealing, and crimp the edges.
- Cut the layered pastry into 16 strips and twist each strip twice from both ends to form bunny shapes.
- Transfer the twisted shapes to the baking sheet and bake for 17-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the bunny twists to cool for about 20 minutes, then pipe frosting on one end for bunny tails or serve with frosting on the side.
