  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar no substitutes recommended
  • 1/4 cup Milk can replace with almond or oat milk for dairy-free

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract, blending until smooth.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Mix together cinnamon and sugar for the topping and sprinkle over the batter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown. Check doneness with a toothpick.
