Making the Cinnamon Dolce Iced Coffee
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine light brown sugar, pure maple syrup, water, and a cinnamon stick. Stir until the sugar dissolves and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes or coffee ice cubes. Pour in the prepared cold-brewed iced coffee concentrate.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon dolce syrup to the coffee and stir gently.
- Top the drink with a splash of half-and-half, adjusting based on preference.
