- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted peanut butter, sugar, ripe mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour until there are no dry streaks left.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally, arrange banana slices on top.
