Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay the small flour tortillas flat, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into each, and roll tightly. Pinch edges to seal.
  3. In a skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom about 1/4 inch deep over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).
  4. Carefully drop the tortilla bombs in small batches into the hot oil, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer fried bombs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm, optionally garnished.
