- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Lay the small flour tortillas flat, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into each, and roll tightly. Pinch edges to seal.
- In a skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom about 1/4 inch deep over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully drop the tortilla bombs in small batches into the hot oil, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer fried bombs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm, optionally garnished.
