Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Mix in 1 cup of frozen corn and immediately pour in 2 cups of boiling water along with 1 chicken bouillon cube. Stir gently.
  4. Bring to a rapid boil, then reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and let it rest, covered, for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork, incorporate corn, and add chopped parsley or sliced green onion if desired. Serve warm.
