  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Yellow or orange peppers work as alternatives.
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt is a lighter alternative.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill Substitute with 1 tsp dried dill if fresh isn't available.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Essential for seasoning.
For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives A lovely finishing touch.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
