- Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, gently add the Buldak Samyang ramen noodles and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they are al dente.
- Once the noodles are cooked, carefully drain them in a colander. Return the noodles to the pot over low heat and add the spicy sauce packet and cheese powder packet. Stir vigorously for about 1-2 minutes until fully coated.
- If adding protein like chicken, tofu, or shrimp, stir it in now and heat for another 1-2 minutes. Toss in fresh vegetables and mix until slightly wilted.
- Once everything is heated through and combined, portion the ramen into bowls. Garnish with additional cheese or sliced green onions and serve immediately.
