- In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar over medium heat. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves, about 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, blueberries, and dried lavender. Use a muddler or fork to press the blueberries to release their juices.
- Once the syrup has cooled, pour it into the blueberry-lavender mixture and stir well.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove the solids.
- Add chilled water to the strained mixture and stir well, adjusting sweetness as needed.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the lemonade over, and garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprig of lavender.
