Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar over medium heat. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves, about 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, blueberries, and dried lavender. Use a muddler or fork to press the blueberries to release their juices.
  3. Once the syrup has cooled, pour it into the blueberry-lavender mixture and stir well.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove the solids.
  5. Add chilled water to the strained mixture and stir well, adjusting sweetness as needed.
  6. Fill glasses with ice, pour the lemonade over, and garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprig of lavender.
