Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Cold Coffee: Combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water in a large jar. Stir well and refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours.
  2. Muddle the Berries & Herbs: In a separate bowl, add blackberries, sage, and maple syrup. Gently mash until juices are released.
  3. Strain the Cold Brew: Use a coffee filter over another pitcher and pour the cold brew concentrate through it.
  4. Assemble the Drinks: Fill glasses with ice, pour in the cold brew over the muddled mixture, and watch the flavors mingle.
  5. Froth the Oat Milk: Warm oat milk in a saucepan and mix in maple syrup, or shake in a jar until frothy.
  6. Top with Foam: Spoon the oat milk foam over each drink and garnish with blackberries and sage leaves.
