Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by crushing the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.

  7. Melt the chocolate chips with a splash of coconut oil in the microwave.
  8. Once firm, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
  9. Sprinkle optional toppings on the truffles before the chocolate sets.
  10. Chill the truffles again for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
